What does Competitorz actually track?
For each business you watch, we automatically pull together:
- Reviews from Google Maps, Feefo and Trustpilot
- Locations and basic business profile information
- Posts and updates from social media
- Web site changes
Our background AI agents stitch this together into a dashboard that compares your performance against your competitors, and a feed that flags anything worth noticing.
How quickly do I see results?
Setup is typically under five minutes — most users have a dashboard with their first competitor reviews and stats visible within a minute or two of signing in.
What sort of businesses is this for?
Competitorz works best for local businesses with a physical presence — clinics, gyms, salons, restaurants, trades, retail, multi-location chains and similar. If we can find a competitor on Google Maps, we can track them.

Can I track competitors that aren't local?
We're focused on local-first businesses for launch. If your competitors don't have a Google Maps listing we might struggle to find them — get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
How does Competitorz handle alerts?
When something material changes — a new review (especially a bad one), a new location, a posted offer or a notable price change — you get an in-app alert and an email digest. You can opt out of any of these in your profile.
How do you keep my data safe?
We only collect what we need to make the dashboard work. We never sell your data, and we never share your watched-competitor list with anyone. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, you can cancel from your account at any time and we'll keep your dashboard active until the end of your paid period.
I run an agency — can I use this for clients?
Yes — the Scale plan supports multiple business profiles so you can monitor every client's competitors from one place. We're actively recruiting partner agencies — get in touch and we'll set you up.
I can't find my business or a competitor — what now?
Get in touch and we'll add it for you. Most "can't find" cases are businesses with no Google Maps presence; we can usually still track them if you have a website.
